The Cosm’s Auto-Harmonic Tilt instantly and automatically provides balanced support and movement, depending on your body and posture, to give a feeling of weightlessness. The Cosm is available with three different back heights and as a stool version to provide a new level of comfort, regardless of what environment you’re working in.

The Cosm’s movement mechanism is like the transmission of a car. There are manual and – in the case of the Cosm – automatic transmissions. With other self regulating models it’s the chair that decides how you should sit by forcing the body to follow its
movement mechanism. The Cosm’s Auto-Harmonic tilt adjusts to its user, regardless of his or her working posture, to offer a balanced reclining motion and personalized comfort. Studio 7.5 and Herman Miller have perfected the automatic movement mechanism by
developing a complex and finely tuned mechanism that makes all the difference in the world.

To offer as much comfort and ease as possible, Studio 7.5 created Cosm’s Leaf Arms, which feature a soft but firm cradle design that provides a large, cozy resting place for your elbows. The sling based design makes it natural and comfortable to hold a book or a phone. The way the arm rests are angled means they don’t interfere with the desk when it’s time to go back online.
