Leaf arms
Oto offer as much comfort and ease as possible, Studio 7.5 created Cosm’s Leaf Arms, which feature a soft but firm cradle design that provides a large, cozy resting place for your elbows. The sling based design makes it natural and comfortable to hold a book or a phone. The way the arm rests are angled means they don’t interfere with the desk when it’s time to go back online.
Dipped-in-color
Cosm is available in one hue from top to bottom to further cement the unity of the design and the sculptural quality of the chair. The Herman Miller designers worked closely with the fabrics team to create three striking colors: Canyon, Glacier and Nightfall.

What is customizable?
Since most of the chairs parts adjust to your body automatically, it is primarily the chair’s appearance and the arm rest type that can be customized, which is what makes the Cosm so unique.
Three different versions
Cosm chairs come in three different versions: low, mid or high back. The low version is perfect for meetings rooms or the home office. The mid back is similar to the Aeron or Mirra2 backrest. The high version is ideal if you’re looking for complete back support.
Which tilting mechanism is best?
There is no need to choose as there is only one version; one that adjusts to your body automatically. It is unobtrusive, revolutionary and it’s what sets the Cosm apart from other office chairs.
What type of arm rest do you recommend?
Normally, we would recommend going for the adjustable arm rest option. However, when it comes to Cosm, the new leaf-arm is the smartest choice. These offer immediate comfort and do not require adjustment.
Wheels
The Cosm is fitted with wheels that are compatible with either hard floors or carpet or wheels with a braking system for when the chair is not in use.
Base
The chair’s base either comes in the same color as the rest of the chair or has a polished aluminum finish. You can see the difference between the two using our configurator.
Frame color
In addition to the more traditional, Graphite, Carbon and Mineral colors, there are colors to make your Cosm truly stand out. It is even possible to specify a top-to-bottom treatment to make your Cosm extra colorful.
